Informatics is looking for an Assistant Manager – Procurement and Logistics

Job Role

• Responsible for managing the overall complete import procurement function.
• Liaising with customs, freight forwarders, and foreign principals.
• Requesting quotations and do a quality analysis of samples.
• Ensure the stocks are available in the required quantity and quality at the required time.
• Manage inventory, warehouse, transportation, and other logistics processes.
• Perform metrics reporting and data analysis to identify issues and process improvements.
• Frequent engagement and Coordination with regulatory institutions and stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Mathematics/Statistics/Material Management preferably.
• Minimum 3 -5 years of relevant experience in a reputed international or local company.
• Good working knowledge of an ERP system (experience in SAP is added advantage).
• Excellent negotiating skills to obtain the best services with favorable terms and conditions from service providers.
• Advance knowledge in MS Excel, Word & Office package.
