Informatics is looking for a SUPPORT ENGINEER to develop large scale web/database applications.
Experience required in:
Provide level 1 support to investigate, debug, and resolve production issues within the agreed SLAs, Resolutions/workarounds to the issues though application configurations,
Ability to work under pressure and work across multiple customer sites;
Fix deployment and testing.
Entry requirements:
Proficiency in English (written and verbal;
Knowledge in PL/SQL;
Problem-solving and critical thinking;
Minimum education qualification in the relevant field;
Having experience in finance or an insurance background will be a definite plus point.
