Informatics emerged victorious at the National Best Quality Software Awards (NBQSA) 2015, having been honoured with top Industry Accolades.

Awarded for its commitment to excellence in ICT industry, Informatics International Limited (IIL) bagged the Gold under ‘E-Government & Services’ category for InfoID (e-identity solution) while Informatics Institute of Technology (IIT) bagged the Silver under the most Innovative Project of CGUi Toolchain for Developing Customized Graphical User Interfaces for Multiple Platforms under ‘Tertiary (Technology) Student Project’ category.

With this recognition, both InfoID and CGUi Toolchain were nominated as the national participants for the Asia Pacific ICT Awards (APICTA) 2015 under e-Government and Tertiary Student Project categories. NBQSA was held on 9th October 2015 at Galadari Hotel Colombo, which is organized annually by the BCS & The Chartered Institute for IT (Sri Lanka).
